Imagine waking up in a stunning private villa in the heart of Portugal. Sunlight dances on the water, breakfast is being prepared by your private chef, and your day begins with Pilates by the pool followed by an energising Reformer session in a peaceful, luxurious setting.
This exclusive retreat is your opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and immerse yourself in movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
A Sample Day
- Early Morning: Poolside Mat Pilates to awaken your body
- Morning: Private-chef breakfast followed by a Reformer class
- Lunch: Chef-prepared lunch in the villa
- Afternoon: Relax by the infinity pool, enjoy an ice bath or join an optional excursion (stand-up paddleboarding / local beach)
- Early Evening: Reformer session to reconnect with your body
- Evening: Exquisite dinner by your private chef; optional wine-tasting experience, perhaps a beautiful full-body massage (optional extra) or relaxed social time
What's Included
- Private luxury accommodation at Monte Sobradinho
- All meals prepared by a private chef (glass of wine included with each evening meal)
- Tea & coffee throughout the stay

- All Reformer, Mat Pilates and workshop sessions (up to three sessions per day)
- SUP (stand-up paddleboarding) & optional beach trip with transport to and from villa
- Ice-bath access (one day)

- Use of villa facilities (pool towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fitness equipment, parking)

- Transfers to/from the villa (we can help coordinate shared transfers)
- Additional alcoholic drinks beyond the one glass per dinner

- Activities booked outside check-in (after 5:00 PM Sat) or after check-out (before 11:30 AM Tue)
The Villa — Monte Sobradinho
Monte Sobradinho is a thoughtfully restored country house in the hills of Loulé, Algarve, with panoramic nature and coastal views. Renovated between 2016–2022, the villa blends original character with modern comfort — the perfect backdrop for our retreat.

We offer three room options — price shown per person. (Replace the example prices below with your final rates.)
• Private Room — solo occupancy, private bedroom — Early Bird £1814 pp
• Twin Room — shared with one other guest — Early Bird £1514 pp
• Triple Room — shared with two other guests — Early Bird £1114 pp
Flights and transfers not included.
Early Bird Offer
Save £100 per booking with our Early Bird discount. Offer valid for bookings made on or before 31 December 2025. Spaces are strictly limited to keep the retreat intimate.
How to Book
- Choose your room type above.
- Email us at flowreformerstudio@gmail.com
- Reserve your space.
- After payment, you will receive a confirmation email and a short guest information form to complete (dietary requirements, arrival details, emergency contact).
- We will follow up with a welcome pack, travel tips and the full retreat schedule.
- To reserve a space, we require a £500 deposit per person.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 4 months before the retreat. Bookings made within the 4 months of the Retreat start date require full payment at the time of booking.
- We advise you to purchase personal travel and medical insurance.
- Please note that the deposit is not refundable.
