Becki
Business Owner
Owner of FLOW Reformer Studios, Becki brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. She holds Level 3 and 4 qualifications in Education and Assessing, Personal Training, Reformer, Pilates, Exercise Therapy and Sports Nutrition. With many years of experience instructing classes and running her own successful fitness business, Becki is also a qualified assessor and part of the governing body for group exercise EMDUK. In addition to her extensive fitness credentials, she holds a BA Degree and a PGCE, reflecting her strong background in education and training.
Caroline
Senior Instructor
With over two decades of experience in the health and fitness industry, Caroline is a highly respected and popular instructor. Her deep understanding of the body is rooted in years of expertise as both a Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor. Caroline is dedicated to providing a safe yet challenging environment, empowering you to move with confidence and discover your full potential.
Laura
With a degree in Physiotherapy and a background in rehabilitation, Laura brings a solid understanding of movement to her Reformer Pilates teaching. She’s passionate about the benefits of Reformer Pilates for helping people move with control and quality, while building a deeper mind–body connection. Laura believes Pilates should be accessible to everyone, offering a supportive environment where all levels can experience the positive impact of thoughtful, controlled movement.
Flo
Flo trained at the Central School of Ballet in London, graduating with a First-Class degree. Pilates was a core part of her training, supporting strength, alignment and efficient movement. Bringing fresh energy and a modern, evidence-informed approach to Reformer Pilates, Flo combines precise technique with an encouraging teaching style to help clients move with confidence — and we’re delighted to welcome her to the FLOW team.
Rob
Rob is a Level 3 certified Reformer Pilates instructor whose teaching draws on over a decade of climbing and his expertise as a certified Natural Movement trainer. He's passionate about taking ideas from different movement disciplines and bringing them onto the Reformer.
Expect flowing, engaging classes that build strength, mobility and control that are challenging, but always adaptable to your ability.
Niki
With 26 years of yoga practice and over a decade of teaching experience, Niki brings a wealth of movement knowledge, warmth and energy to her Reformer classes. A Senior Yoga Teacher and founder of her own successful yoga studio, she is passionate about helping people connect with their bodies, build confidence and self-love, support longevity and create a calmer mind.
Her classes are welcoming, uplifting and always delivered with a smile.
Polly
Movement has always been a huge part of Polly's life. She trained in London before a wonderful career in the dance world, and brings exceptional body awareness and a real understanding of how the body moves to every class she teaches.
Having brought that experience from Mat Pilates onto the Reformer, Polly's classes are fun, positive and supportive, with a real focus on helping everyone understand their body and discover what it's capable of.
Becca
Head Instructor
Becca leads classes on Thursday evenings. With a Masters in Physiotherapy, a BSc in Sports and Exercise Sciences and a qualification in sports massage, she brings a genuinely clinical understanding of the body to the Reformer.
That background means Becca is confident working with injuries, niggles and long-standing aches, helping you find the right level and build strength safely. She also offers private, physio-led sessions for anyone who wants a more tailored approach, whether that's recovering from something specific or simply preferring one-to-one attention.
Natasha
Senior Instructor
Natasha brings extensive experience in the fitness industry, having instructed group exercise classes and managed three fitness centres across Leicestershire in Leicester, Kettering, and Rugby. After a rewarding career in the prison service and running her own business, she returned to her passion for health and fitness. Holding a Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification, Natasha now runs successful community classes and is deeply passionate about Pilates, including Reformer Pilates, finding great fulfilment in guiding and supporting individuals at every stage of their fitness journey.
Jess
Senior Instructor
Jess is a highly skilled instructor whose energetic and engaging classes will leave you feeling motivated and strong. With Level 3 qualifications in Mat Pilates and Reformer, as well as expertise in strength-based training, she brings both professionalism and a personal touch to every session. A key member of the FLOW team since our Bingham studio launch, Jess combines her passion for fitness with her experience as a busy mum, ensuring each class is approachable, effective, and enjoyable for all.
Hannah G
Hannah has a lifelong background in dance and continued her passion for movement through dance and cheerleading at university, before discovering Pilates and Reformer Pilates in adult life and qualifying as an instructor. Bringing fresh energy and a modern, thoughtful approach, she specialises in supporting total beginners with calm, confidence-building classes focused on strong foundations and clear guidance. Hannah’s gentle, encouraging teaching style helps clients feel supported, informed and excited as they begin their Pilates journey.
Alice
We're so pleased to welcome Alice to the FLOW instructor team. Alice trained at the prestigious Elmhurst Ballet School, where she was first introduced to Pilates and found a lifelong love of mindful movement. For the past seven years she has run her own successful Mat Pilates business in and around the Vale of Belvoir, building real depth in alignment, control and precision.
Having now completed her Reformer training with FLOW, Alice brings the flow and grace of Mat Pilates together with the resistance, support and versatility of the springs.
Helen
Senior Instructor
Helen is a wellness advocate passionate about movement and helping others. After experiencing physical strain from hairdressing, she turned to yoga and has been teaching for three years, guiding others to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Seeking new ways to support both herself and her students, she discovered reformer Pilates and was inspired by its transformative benefits. Motivated by its ability to build core stability and relieve pain, she decided to train as an instructor. Now, she is dedicated to helping others move with confidence, reduce discomfort, and enhance their quality of life through mindful movement and expert guidance.
