Meet the Instructors
Classes at our Grantham studio will be led by experienced instructors who care about helping clients move well and build real strength over time.
Rather than rushing through exercises, our classes focus on good technique, clear guidance and understanding how each movement supports your body. Small class sizes mean instructors can give individual attention and help you get the most from every session.
Each member of the FLOW team brings their own style to the studio, but they all share the same goal - creating supportive classes where clients feel comfortable, challenged and stronger each time they attend.

With over two decades of experience in the health and fitness industry, Caroline is a highly respected and popular instructor. Her deep understanding of the body is rooted in years of expertise as both a Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor.

Jess is a highly skilled instructor whose energetic and engaging classes will leave you feeling motivated and strong. With Level 3 qualifications in Mat Pilates and Reformer, as well as expertise in strength-based training, she brings both professionalism and a personal touch to every session.

Flo trained at the Central School of Ballet in London, graduating with a First-Class degree. Pilates was a core part of her training, supporting strength, alignment and efficient movement. Bringing fresh energy and a modern, evidence-informed approach to Reformer Pilates, Flo combines precise technique with an encouraging teaching style to help clients move with confidence.

Where is your Grantham studio located?
Our Grantham studio is located at The Keep, The Old Barracks, 41 Sandon Road, Grantham, NG31 9AS — conveniently positioned for clients across Grantham and surrounding areas including Barrowby, Great Gonerby and the Vale of Belvoir, with onsite parking available.
What can I expect in my first class?
When you arrive, your instructor will introduce you to the reformer machine and explain how the class works. Each session includes a series of controlled movements that use springs for resistance to strengthen your core, legs, arms and back.
Classes move at a steady pace and instructors provide guidance throughout, offering adjustments where needed. In our experience, most new clients quickly discover that reformer Pilates feels both challenging and incredibly rewarding.
How many people are in each class?
The maximum capacity for our Bottesford studio is 11 Reformers.
What time should I arrive?
The studio doors open 5 minutes before the start of each class.
Please arrive on time and ready to begin. Late arrivals can disrupt the session and may prevent your instructor from delivering the necessary safety briefing, which means entry may not be permitted.
What should I wear?
Comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are recommended - we sell these at class if you do not have any.
Do I need to be flexible?
Not at all. Flexibility improves naturally over time as you practise the exercises.
How often should I attend classes?
Many clients attend two classes per week to see consistent improvements in strength and posture.
