Class Cancellations & Amendments

We understand that plans change. To help keep our classes running smoothly and give everyone a fair chance to attend, please take a moment to read our cancellations and amendments policy below.

Our aim is always to be fair, supportive, and transparent while also protecting the spaces you book and the small-group nature of our classes.


Our 24-hour cancellation policy

We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy for all classes.

  • cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of your class
    → your credit will be automatically returned according to your pass or membership type

  • cancellations made within 24 hours of the class
    → the session is charged/lost and no credit is returned

This policy helps us manage small class numbers, instructor availability, and waitlists fairly.


How to cancel or amend a booking

All cancellations and amendments must be made through our online booking system: Gymcatch.

This is important because Gymcatch:

  • automatically manages credits and passes

  • releases spaces to clients on the waitlist

  • keeps your account completely up to date

  • prevents errors or delays with refunds

➡️ We’re not able to process cancellations, credits, or refunds via personal messages, email, text, WhatsApp, or social media.

Please make any changes directly in Gymcatch.


Can I move my booking to another class?

Yes — as long as it’s more than 24 hours before your class.

Simply:

  1. log in to Gymcatch

  2. cancel your current class

  3. use your returned credit to book another suitable session

Within 24 hours of the class start time, bookings can’t be moved, transferred, or credited.


No-shows

If you do not attend a booked class and do not cancel:

  • the class is recorded as a no-show

  • the session fee or credit is not refunded or returned

No-shows also prevent others from taking the space, so please cancel if you can’t make it — even if it’s last minute.


Waitlists

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist in Gymcatch.

If a space becomes available:

  • Gymcatch automatically allocates the place

  • you’ll receive a notification

  • normal cancellation rules then apply from the time you receive the place
