Our Bring Baby Reformer Pilates course at FLOW Reformer Studio, Bingham is designed specifically for postnatal recovery - helping you reconnect with your body in a calm and supportive environment.
Over six weeks, you’ll enjoy guided Reformer sessions focused on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and easing the common aches and tensions of early parenthood. Your baby is warmly welcome to join you - we love seeing little ones in class, and it’s a great way to bond while moving and connecting with other new parents.

Bingham Pregnancy Reformer Pilates: Starts 19 Jun 17:00
A gentle, supportive Reformer Pilates course designed especially for pregnancy. Over four weeks you’ll enjoy safe, low-impact movement to help you stay strong, mobile and comfortable throughout your pregnancy. This small-group course is led by a pre- and post-natal trained instructor who is also a qualified physiotherapist, ensuring exercises are adapted to your individual stage of pregnancy and any specific needs you may have. You’ll work on: posture and spinal mobility pelvic floor connection deep core support strength and stability relaxation and breathing Suitable for all trimesters (with midwife/consultant approval). No previous Reformer experience is required.

3-week Beginner Reformer Pilates Course Mondays 9:30-10:20, Flow Reformer Studio, The Keep, Grantham
This 3-week course is the perfect introduction to Reformer Pilates - a mindful practice that builds core strength, balance and confidence from the inside out. In this class, you will learn the basics of Pilates and how to use the Reformer safely and effectively.
You will focus on building a strong core, improving alignment, and developing Pilates breathing techniques. Expect to perform exercises that target the abdominal muscles, hips, legs, and back. You will also learn how to use the Reformer's springs and straps to add resistance and challenge. The exercises will be challenging but achievable, and modifications will be provided to accommodate all fitness levels. Under our instructors guidance you will learn to move with control, improve posture and develop deep body awareness - leaving each session feeling refreshed, centered and empowered.
