FLOW is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio with locations in Bottesford and Bingham. Our welcoming and inclusive studios offer a variety of Reformer Pilates classes to suit all levels, from beginner to advanced.

We run regular specialist courses at our Bingham studio, designed to support you through pregnancy and early motherhood.
Our Bring Baby Reformer is a 6-week course, while our Pregnancy Reformer runs as a 4-week course.
